This month we are celebrating not just one, but TWO incredible best friends, Hannah and Keisha, who have committed to supporting their health and their families health every step of the way!
Both of these mamas supported their bodies from preconception, through pregnancy, and into postpartum. They have prioritized caring for their bodies and understand that a supported & balanced nervous system and body can make a world of difference through such transformative seasons! Their dedication to consistent care has helped them feel prepared, more resilient, and more empowered through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, on top of navigating the stressors of being a working mom!
What makes this even more special is that they both got their kiddos under care right after birth as well! By getting Laurel and Sylvie under care early, they have been proactively supporting their growing bodies to help navigate developmental milestones, improve immune response, and support regulation!
We love watching families thrive together and these two besties are the perfect example of what it looks like to build a foundation of health that will last generations! Thank you both for trusting us to walk alongside you in this beautiful season of motherhood and friendship! We are so grateful to take care of you all!
