Please don't think anything bad if you reply and I don't respond (I may still!). I promise, I am reading every single email you send! I'm trying to keep up with responses but there just aren't enough hours in the day sometimes, ya know?
And don't worry that I'm on some crazy diet! Of all the things I've tried through the years, the one that works best for me to drop a few pounds quickly is to pick 2 days week (not consecutive) and only have 500 calories on those days. I lost 5 of the 12 pounds I'd gained over the winter holidays this week and hope to knock out the other 7 in the next two weeks!
I'm a big gal who has no dreams of wearing a bikini or being slim. I have a weight that I like to stay at, that allows me to eat joyously and still feel good, and I just need to get back to it!
