How 'ya been? I've been testing new AI tools for various tasks lately (because I'm nothing if not curious), and I've come to a very stark realization that anything advertised as "AI" is NOT an easy-to-work-with expert. It's actually an eager-to-please college student on their first internship. It lacks any real-world knowledge and you have to constantly ride herd on it to keep it on task. Like interns, AI can, on rare occasions, give something you can use. But that's the rare exception to the rule. So if you need me, I’ll be here, imploring whatever tool I’m testing out to do it again, for the 30th time, and just do what I asked, no more, no less, OMG. And also gathering up some… |

- Storing my winter boots away to cause a snow storm (It worked BTW)
- The bulk candy section at the grocery store, where I can get 2 individual pieces of dark chocolate salted caramel for a mere .34 cents
- I'm obsessed with what they did to this exterior for The New American Renovation at the Builder's Show. (More Renos less Re-Builds, PLEASE)
- Crispy, thin, salty, potato chips sprinkled with Pimenton
- The Year of the Fire Horse in reality
- Being utterly charmed by Ruth Reichl’s interview in the new Gourmet
- Also these readable mini book charms? Holy shit?
- The way everyone around her is pumping her up.
- We DO still talk about you - sound on PLS (my sister said this was a perfect representation of my finely tuned algo, and you know what? YES)
- Did you know Lego made masterpieces?
- We ABSOLUTELY need to bring back snobs.
- A friendly reminder of why we’re here
