Sunday Lore

I told you we were moving to Sundays. Now you get to see the whole vision come to life.

Sunday is my favorite day of the week. It’s a chance to reset and get ready for something new. And I want to help you do the same.

đŸ§ș Here's my perfect Sunday morning—
  • I change the bed sheets and get the laundry started.
  • My grocery pick-up order is ready and waiting for me.
  • I turn the page to a new, clean sheet in my planner.
  • I take a hot everything shower and put on fresh pjs.
  • I crawl into my clean sheets at the end of the day to watch FiancĂ©  with a mug of vanilla ice cream.

Are you with me? Like how good does that sound?!

I will not share my ice cream, but I will share all my biggest secrets—
Systems are self-care.

You're also getting a sneaky peak 👀 at my new branding that I am SO excited about.Tori did an amazing job and I can't wait for you to see more.

Now, let's turn the page on last week's entry and open a Clean Sheet for the new one (and while you're at it, here's your weekly reminder to wash your sheets! I love a fresh start.)

Close Your Email

Hear me out.

Keeping your email open and in your face pulls you away from what you're trying to accomplish.

I know you don't want to miss anything.

đŸŒ» But your time is precious and needs to be productive.

Instead of keeping your email tab open and available for a quick scroll, minimize it OR put your current tasks into their own window with only the tabs you need for your current task at hand.

When you're popping in to your email, you're stopping your work flow. You're also avoiding the task at hand.

Consider a workflow where you check your email at the beginning and end of each work session or after a certain task is complete.

📖 READING
Strangers: A Memoir of Marriage – I'm dying to see how it ends. I listen to a podcast that has a book club and they chose this book for February.

đŸ“ș WATCHING
Single Life (a part of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise) started last week. It's my least favorite spin off so we'll see if we keep watching.

🍩 EATING
We had a recipe snafu this week. We made a sausage and white bean soup. It was also supposed to have kale. It was not good. Kale would not have made it better.

đŸ’…đŸŒ FOR CLIENTS
I'm working on setting up a system for one of my clients so I can meal plan for her family and order her groceries. She'll start with a main list with everything she ever buys on it so she can check off what they need!
