As we move further into the year, we find ourselves settling into a steadier rhythm–
one shaped not by urgency, but by intention.
Wherever March meets you, energized, recalibrating, or somewhere in between,
we’re grateful to be alongside you.

Intentional Expansion
March carries a particular kind of momentum.
Not loud. Not rushed. But forward.
Last month, members of our team witnessed the Walk for Peace in Washington, DC, observing a quiet, steady gathering led by monks and community members committed to restoration and collective calm. It reaffirmed what we see every day in our work: regulated individuals strengthen communities.
This season also marks the Year of the Horse in many traditions— often associated with endurance, discipline, and forward movement. We hold this symbolism not as prediction, but as reflection. Sustainable growth requires steadiness. Progress requires structure. Energy is most powerful when it is directed with intention.
But growth is only sustainable when it is authentic.
At Conscious Collective, we believe alignment matters more than acceleration. We are growing, thoughtfully and deliberately, in ways that reflect who we already are. That means enhancing what already works, refining your experience, and expanding access to therapy, coaching, and integration support without losing the integrity of this space.
Expansion does not mean reinvention. It means becoming more fully ourselves.
Our foundation remains unchanged: • Grounded, trauma-informed care • Clear professional boundaries • Integrative, individualized support • A steady environment for meaningful work
March invites recalibration— not through urgency, but through alignment.
We’re grateful to grow alongside you.
In love and light,

Holding Grief Support Group
Led by our therapist, Emily LCSW, this group offers a steady, compassionate space to be with grief as it is — without needing to fix, rush, or resolve it. Together, we’ll explore how grief lives in the body, in our relationships, and in the rhythms of daily life, while connecting with others walking a similar path.
Grief is not something to move through and leave behind. It changes and evolves alongside us. This group invites you to hold your experience with care, learn gentle ways of navigating grief’s presence, and feel less alone along the way.

Nourish: Recipe of the Month
Smoked Salmon Board with Lemon Garlic Aioli
Layer high-quality smoked salmon (Costco works beautifully) over rice crackers with thin cucumber, fresh dill, and a squeeze of lemon.
For the aioli, whisk together: • ½ cup mayonnaise • 3 grated garlic clove • Zest + squeeze of fresh lemon • Pinch sea salt
Simple. Bright. Intentionally unfussy.
Perfect for a quiet evening, a small gathering, or a steady lunch between sessions.
Until next time, may you find small moments of stillness, connection, and light in your days.
