From the desk of the Principal

 

🤲 Jazakum Allahu Khairan to all the families who contributed to the Toy Drive in partnership with Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA). Through the efforts of our Al-Falah community, we filled an entire truck with toys to donate to local refugees! Thank you to all those who generously donated gifts and money.  Your generosity and kindness truly reflected the spirit of serving others. We are so proud of our students and families for embodying these beautiful values.

Congratulations to all of our Art Gallery participants! 🎨 We had over 100 entries, and each submission was a blessing to display and celebrate. Our students demonstrated incredible creativity, effort, and talent. May Allah (swt) reward them for using their gifts in such meaningful ways. Check out the flyer below for all the Art Gallery winners! ✨

 

For Ramadan, lunch will be provided ONLY for Grades Pre-K through 3rd.

If your Pre-K–3rd grade child plans to fast, please remind them to inform their teacher. Fasting students will enjoy a special lunchtime activity in a separate room where they'll play games with the Principal!

No lunch will be provided for Grades 4 and up. These students will participate in alternate activities during their lunch period.

School will end at the regular time, 1:30 PM, after Dhuhr salah, in sha' Allah.

 

❗Reminder: Please do not send lunch or snacks with your child unless you have received prior administrative approval. We have students with various allergies, and Fischer Middle School is a nut-free zone. 🚫🥜

 

📅 Important Dates

There will be school this Saturday, February 28th. After this Saturday, classes will pause for Ramadan, Eid, and Spring Break. Classes will resume on April 11th, in sha’ Allah.

We have so many exciting learning opportunities planned for after the break. Arabic students will participate in an interactive Arabic Extravaganza. All students will complete our very popular 3rd Annual Hajj simulation, and we'll close the year by celebrating one another at our end-of-year awards!

 

May this upcoming break be filled with barakah, growth, and meaningful moments with your loved ones. We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and inspired, in sha’Allah.

No School Ramadan Break: March 7th - March 14th

No School Eid Break: March 21st

No School Spring Break: March 28th - April 4th

Classes Resume: April 11th
