WHY WE DISAPPEARED FOR 54 DAYS
From January 8 through March 2, a backend issue took down our website and email—completely. You couldn't reach us. We couldn't reach you. Your eBooks became inaccessible. This is what caused us to break our promise of 5 years of continuous service.

To make up for the frustration the outage caused, we are gifting you the original artwork for all 23 quote products from when we had the B5 Quote Store 17 years ago. Examples above.

Use them as social media banners, as email signatures, or send one to a friend who needs the support only a B5 quote can provide. 

For something more tangible—something you can hold, wear, or keep—you can privately upload them to services like RedBubble to create your own T-shirts, postcards, magnets, or coffee mugs. (They are all 300dpi PNGs.)
 
They are yours to use, yours to share, and yours to keep, provided they remain for your personal collection only and not for resale.

MAKING UP FOR THE EBOOK OUTAGE
Before the crash, we heard from many of you heartbroken. Some of you missed adding a title to your cart; others realized too late that a gap remained in their collection. In the frenzy of those final days, mistakes happened.
 
We took these concerns to our licensors, who granted us one final window of 14 days to offer all the eBook titles (through March 24th).

If you missed any titles in paperback or hardcover, there is good news. Some final orders were returned due to incorrect addressing which means we have paperbacks and hardcovers we would otherwise not have.

Why We Have These
Our policy is to replace mis-addressed orders to fans as soon as we find out so they don't wait months before their package lands back at our printer who shipped them.
 
Supplies are limited, but we are making what we have available to you now. Note that these are not "used" returns or mishandled cast-offs—they are new books filleted from boxes never opened.

REPLACING DAMAGED BOOKS
Remember, if any of your books arrived damaged, we will make it right. Simply send us a photo of the damage and we will ship a replacement at our expense. No extra cost, no hidden fees, no questions asked. Our goal is to ensure your collection is exactly as it was meant to be: perfect.
