Ryan's Digital Digest | April 2026
the Monthly Edit

Hey friend,

April snuck up on me this year — and honestly, I think I needed it to.

March was something else. March Madness, and if you were watching gameand saw that crazy buzzer beater UConn hit on Duke — the whole month has felt like that. Electric, unpredictable, and over before you were ready for it to be.

My bracket didn't survive, but I loved every minute of the chaos anyway. There's something about that kind of energy — the packed arenas, the last-second everything, the way an entire building holds its breath — that I genuinely love. It reminds me that momentum is real, and timing matters more than people think.

And now here we are. April. Little Rock is doing what it does best this time of year — showing out. The sunny days have started stacking up, the kind where you roll the windows down without thinking about it and somehow end up outside longer than you planned. The azaleas are doing their thing. The patios are full. And yes, everything you own is currently a shade of yellow (pollen pollen pollen) — because that's the tax we pay for living somewhere this beautiful in the spring, and most days it feels worth it.

This month our daughter Chandler turned one. One. I've been sitting with that word all week, turning it over like I'm trying to figure out how it happened so fast. A year ago Lauren and I were in a completely different season of life, and now there's this little person in our house who has absolutely no idea that she's already changed everything.

And I celebrated another trip around the sun — double the cake, double the reflection, and a lot of quiet moments where I find myself thinking about where we've been and where we're headed.

That's the thing about Spring. It has a way of making you take stock. Of where you are. Of what you've built. Of whether the life around you actually looks like the one you meant to be living. And in real estate — that question matters more than people realize.

So this month, we're keeping it real and keeping it local — a look at what's happening around Little Rock worth getting off your couch for, a honest market update that actually means something, and a few homes worth knowing about. Same as always, just glad you're here for it.

Little Rock has always been a city that rewards those who pay attention. It doesn't spike and crash like the coastal markets that make headlines — it moves steadily, sensibly, and with a quiet confidence that reflects the people who live here. Right now, that steadiness is showing up in the data. Inventory is rising, which sounds like a caution flag, but it isn't. It's the market breathing again — correcting toward balance after years of forcing buyers to make life-changing decisions in a matter of hours.

For buyers, this moment is an invitation. You can tour a home twice, sleep on it, ask questions and actually wait for answers. The buyers who will look back on early 2026 with satisfaction are the ones who moved with intention rather than panic. For sellers, the message is equally clear: strategy wins now. The homes sitting on the market aren't sitting because the market is broken — they're sitting because they weren't ready. The homes selling at 95% of list price in 27 days are the ones where someone made thoughtful decisions before the sign ever went in the yard.

That's always been the philosophy here. Real estate isn't a transaction — it's a transition, and how you navigate it matters long after the closing table. Spring is coming. The window is open. The question is whether you're ready to walk through it.

Client win of the month
Because there’s nothing better than seeing clients reach their goals.

Ryan did an excellent job for us! He was up-to-date and shared pertinent information with us in a timely manner. Ryan is courteous, honest and professional. He connected us with repair and other professionals we needed in order to get our house sold. He even watered our plants while we were on vacation so our home would show well in our absence. We would use Ryan again and highly recommend him.

Cheers!
