ICYMI: The Ladies of Public Works & an 1850 Fireplace Check

Two reels. Two very different glimpses of Township work in action.

One introduces you to the “ladies” of Public Works — the fleet that helps our crew handle everything from road work to the everyday jobs that keep Bordentown running.

The other takes you inside a gas fireplace inspection in an 1850 historic home in Bordentown City, where old house charm meets a modern safety check.

It’s also a reminder of something many residents may not realize: Bordentown Township provides construction permits and inspections for Bordentown City through a shared services agreement.

Trucks, tools, and a little local history — all in a day’s work around Bordentown.

If you missed them, they’re worth the scroll.
