Hi First name / friend,
Spring always seems to arrive with a quiet kind of energy — the days stretching a little longer, windows opening again, and fresh flowers finding their way back to the kitchen counter. There’s something about this time of year that makes everything feel a bit lighter. Can you feel it?
Lately we’ve been soaking up the simple things — fresh sourdough on slow weekend mornings, evening walks while the sun is still out, and coffee dates that somehow turn into lingering conversations. The weather is starting to turn beautiful again, and it feels like everyone is slowly stepping back outside after the winter months.
It’s also a natural season for little resets around the house. Nothing big — just those small changes that make a space feel fresh again. Clearing the counters, opening the windows for a little fresh air, bringing home flowers “just because,” or lighting a candle at the end of the day. Sometimes those tiny shifts are all it takes to make home feel new again.
And just like the season, the real estate market is beginning to wake up a little too. We’re starting to see that familiar early spring momentum — more buyers exploring the market, more conversations about selling, and families beginning to think about what the year ahead might hold. With this beautiful weather returning, it’s often the time when people start making plans.
If buying or selling has been somewhere in the back of your mind this year, this is actually the perfect time to start the conversation. Even if a move is months away, having a plan early can make the whole process feel much smoother. And as always, we’re here for a coffee chat, questions, or just talking things through.
Mostly though, we just want to say thank you. For trusting us, referring your friends and family, and for being part of this little community we’re building together. Truly, it means everything to our sister-run business.
We hope this season brings you longer evenings, open windows, and plenty of moments gathered at home with the people you love most.
Here’s to fresh starts, sunny days, and homes filled with heart — happy spring, friend. 🌿
xoxo Gina & Josie
