The key to a smooth start is ensuring your Accounts and Procedures in Labnext exactly match those in QuickBooks. - If you're new to QuickBooks Online: your existing Labnext procedures and accounts will automatically sync during setup.
- If you already use both systems separately: make sure the Account name in Labnext matches the Customer display name in QuickBooks, and the Procedure display name matches as well. This alignment ensures error-free syncing.
Once set up, your data syncs automatically every five minutes, bringing transactions from Labnext into QuickBooks — seamlessly and securely. |
