One of the friends Baby Girl made at the University of Edinburgh is coming to visit this week! I'm really putting on the dog today for her welcome supper (because Southern Hospitality is a real thing that I take a lot of pride in!).
 
Since I didn't do too much cooking this week, I'll share what I'm making today (or have already made in preparation)!

Speaking of coffee… Do any of you have one of those combo machines that you love?
 
 I currently have three coffee makers on my kitchen counter and can't decide what to do about it. I HATE cluttered counters and work at keeping the bare minimum in sight, so my coffee maker situation is driving me insane.
 
I like the quick convenience of the Keurig (and most of us are grabbing coffee at different hours so it doesn't make sense to brew a whole pot). I have a small espresso machine that I ADORE but I'm the only one who uses it. And I have a traditional drip pot for when more than one of us is having our morning joe. 
 
Anybody have a great solution or idea for me?? Tell me what I need! (you can just reply to this… your responses come straight to my inbox).

Well, I THOUGHT I'd have the link for the cookbook sale to you by now but I'm having a hard time getting it from my publisher. Maybe they're all on vacation or something??
 
Y'all say a little prayer that sweet Grace makes it to us with no issues at the airports today. I have a feeling she's going to have a long day.
 
Don't forget to send me any links you have for a combo coffee pot that you LOVE!
