Titan Nation,

As a classical education school, we are committed to cultivating individuals as a whole. Our scholars are not only immersed in a rich academic curriculum but are also formed in virtue and character. As a result, they find pleasure in doing good and seek to do good outside the classroom. This week, that aspiration was on full display as our scholars and faculty showcased their exceptional talents. On the field, they demonstrated remarkable athletic abilities, team camaraderie, and sportsmanship. During the talent show, they highlighted their musical skills with a series of duets, solos, and instrumental ensembles.

Congratulations, scholars! Enjoy your spring break!

Clash of the Titans
This week, Titans from our Dadeland, Gateway, and Pinecrest campuses battled it out during our annual Clash of the Titans.

Clash of the Titans is a full-day event where our scholars showcase their athleticism and sportsmanship through a series of challenges, including relays, punting competitions, and tug-of-war. Each station is worth a set number of points, with the team that completes the challenge first earning the highest score. At the end of the day, points are tallied and the team with the most points is crowned the champion of Clash of the Titans.

This year’s competition was like no other. Several relay races required video review to determine the winner, and for the first time in True North history, one of the sessions ended in a tie.

Congratulations, scholars – you all showed up #TitanStrong!

Lukas Arrojo
Lukas Arrojo of True North Classical Academy, Sunset, delivered an extraordinary performance on the track, awarding him three first-place finishes across three different events.

Lukas' times across the competition are as follows:
  • 1600m Race: 4:44
  • 800m Race: 2:10
  • 3200m Race: 10:31

Excelling in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m is no small accomplishment. Each of these races require different strategies and demands, making Lukas’s accomplishment an incredible feet. His ability to dominate in all three events showcases not only his talent, but also his discipline, training, and mental fortitude.
