This week, I challenge you to reduce the number of decisions you make each day for 7 days.

I know it sounds simple… but stay with me.
For one week, simplify your daily choices.
Repeat meals instead of constantly deciding what to eat. Choose your outfit the night before. Limit your to-do list to 1–3 priorities. Keep your schedule as simple as possible.

Why?
Every decision uses mental energy.
Your brain has a limited capacity for decision-making each day. The more decisions you make, the more your clarity, focus, and patience decline.

This is called decision fatigue.
Most people are not overwhelmed because they are doing too much. They are overwhelmed because they are deciding too much.

What this reset does
When you reduce decisions, your brain has more space to think clearly.

You may feel a strong push to move forward, but not everything needs to happen at once. Focus your energy on what truly feels aligned and worth sustaining.
You begin to feel more grounded as the month progresses. This is a powerful time to reconnect with your routines, your body, and what actually supports your day-to-day energy.
Your mind is active, but not everything needs your attention. Give yourself space to process instead of reacting quickly. Clarity will come when you slow things down.
Your awareness is heightened this month. You may notice more clearly what feels nourishing versus what feels draining. Let that guide your decisions without overthinking it.
Your sense of direction is shifting. What once motivated you may not feel the same anymore. This is not a loss of momentum, but a deeper alignment with what actually matters now.
You are being asked to loosen control in small ways. Not everything needs to be planned or solved right now. Focus on what is in front of you and let the rest unfold.
Balance comes back into focus. You may start to see where your energy is being stretched too thin. This is a time to recalibrate and be honest about what feels sustainable.

Small, consistent changes will have a noticeable impact on your energy, focus, and overall well-being.
There is a desire to move forward and expand, but also a need to slow down. Let yourself enjoy the process instead of rushing to the next thing.
This is a month to return to your foundation. Stability, home, and inner grounding are key. Strength comes from what you build slowly and consistently now.
