To apprehend a terrorist set on detonating a nuclear weapon during an off-the-books summit between two warring nations being brokered by Vice President Lee Chiffray's at his hilltop estate, Donna and Jack Craig play welcoming committee to Hilldale’s four newest neighbors:
 
  • It could be Gibby Kimmler, who has decided to make Donna her BFF.
  • Then there’s Stephanie Burkel. She may be nosy to a fault, but her own dirty little secret puts her high on Acme’s list.
  • Or maybe it’s Kosma Kramer. Though she comes off as ditzy, her survival skills prove she’s also deadly.
  • Then again, it may be  D’Arcy Carsey, whose boundary issues go beyond borrowing the wrong kind of “sugar” from Jack.
 
As the minutes to the summit tick down, it's only a matter of time
 before Donna defaults to her Bad Neighbor Policy:
"Shoot first, and ask questions later."
