MARCH 23, 2026
Dearest flower friends,

Happy spring! As we move past the equinox and turn towards warmer weather in the Northern Hemisphere, there's a fresh energy in the air that feels akin to hope, even amidst the turmoil that is the world these days.

Here in California, the hills look alive - verdant and blossoming with wild mustard, goldfields, poppies and giant calla lilies. The Bay Area shows its true magic in this season, and I am reminded of how much I love living here - especially in Marin County - with closer access to hikes, redwoods, and the rawness of Point Reyes.

Alas, it feels like we've finally landed for good in Mill Valley, a charming town nestled on Mt Tam with perfect proximity to the city and the coast. To mark this transition complete, we're now offering flower delivery throughout Marin County - sourcing the freshest blooms from the SF flower market and surrounding local farms.

Lately I've been seeing baby hummingbirds making an appearance in our backyard, tiny fluttering beings that remind me of what's growing inside of me. I'm 30 weeks pregnant, and feeling bigger every day! Gratitude swells alongside my growing belly. The other weekend, we showered our 'baby in bloom' with love alongside friends and family and, naturally, with plenty of flowers.

There's this sense of ‘quiet before the storm’ that marks the precipice before our baby boy arrives. I'm feeling inspired to craft flower essences, earth altars, and spring wreaths in excited anticipation - a way of marking this pivotal moment of transition into motherhood with intention. But for now, I'm allowing myself to just sit and be still on this threshold - savoring the silence, the springtime, and the glorious sunshine.

With love,
Em

Keep blooming,
