For the past 14 years, executive pastry chef Kayline Johnson has worked tirelessly with her team to sweeten up the lives of Atlantis Casino Resort Spa’s guests. From the early days studying her craft in Portland, Ore., at the Western Culinary Institute, to her tireless hours in the Atlantis’ bakery, she now shares her lifelong passion for baking with countless diners at all of the resort’s restaurants.
