During our 8 Weeks Together: 
 
Week 1&2: Safety & Stability (Nervous System 101) We start by building the foundation.  You’ll learn exactly why your body reacts the way it does (it’s not broken, it’s protecting you) and learn the breathwork tools to anchor yourself in safety when triggers arise.
  • Result: You stop feeling less reactive and more grounded.
Week 3&4: Reconnecting with Your Body (Movement & Nourishment) After years of disconnecting from your body to survive, we gently welcome you back home.  We focus on movement, touch, and recovery to signal to your system that you are worthy of care.
  • Result: You start to trust your body again and treat it with the kindness it was denied.
Week 4&5: Breaking the Pattern (Subconscious Reprogramming) We go deep to uproot the limiting beliefs of unworthiness that attracted the toxicity in the first place.  We will have a live Breathwork Journey and learn all about EFT tapping to release the guilt, stress and emotions.
  • Result: You release the heavy emotional weight and stop the loop of self-blame.
Week 6&7: Vision & Goal Setting.  Now that you are in a more regulated state, we can truly start to rebuild.  We look at your personal values and set goals around them.  Who is this new, free version of you?  What does she want?
  • Result: You leave with a clear vision for a future that excites you.
