Nothing is wrong.
But something isn’t right.

You’re keeping up.
Things are moving.
You’re doing what you said you would.

But something feels… off.

And that’s the part that’s easy to ignore.

Not urgent.
Not broken.
Just slightly out of sync.

You sit down to work
and suddenly don’t know where to start.

You move from one thing to the next,
but nothing quite lands.

You check your email,
your notes,
your calendar…

hoping something will clarify itself.

But it doesn’t.
Everything stays equally loud.

I’ve felt this too.

Not because there was too much to do.

But because I hadn’t given myself space
to actually hear what mattered.

And then, every once in a while, something shifts.

For me, it’s usually when I step outside without a plan.

No podcast.
No note-taking.
No trying to “figure something out.”

Just walking.
There’s a moment where my body settles
before my mind does.

Where I’m not trying to solve anything yet.

And then something clearer comes through.

Not everything.

Just one thing.

The thing.

That’s what steadiness feels like.

Not having everything handled.
Not being perfectly organized.

Just being able to hear yourself again.

Most of the women I work with don’t need more discipline.

They don’t need a better system.

They need space to hear themselves.

Because once you can hear it,
the decisions stop being complicated.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone in it.

I’ll share more about how I work with this in my next email.

And if you’re curious in the meantime, you can explore more here

Or just notice what feels loud,
and what feels true.
