We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a life drawing class with AK Soul Art, featuring one of our beautiful Moonflower girls.
The talent in the room was unreal — every artist brought their own unique magic, and it was so inspiring to witness.
There’s something powerful about seeing the female form through an artist’s eyes… raw, real, and completely worthy of celebration 
We already have some exciting ideas in the works for the next one — all centered around empowering women and embracing our bodies exactly as we are.

Dear Moonflower,
 
Q: This winter, I feel like I disappeared a little.
Between the cold, the darkness, and just life, I haven’t really gone out, seen people, or done much for myself. Now that spring is starting to show up, I want to get back out there… but I don’t even know where to begin. How do I start again without feeling overwhelmed?

A: There is something about winter—especially our kind of winter—that asks us to go quiet, to slow down, to pull inward. And sometimes, without even realizing it, we stay there a little longer than we meant to.
So first, be gentle with yourself. You didn’t do anything wrong. You were just… wintering. Spring isn’t asking you to suddenly become a whole new version of yourself. It’s simply inviting you to crack the door open.
 
Start small:
• Step outside for a few extra minutes, even if it’s just to feel the air change
• Text a friend and make a low-pressure plan — coffee, a walk, a quick visit
• Say yes to something simple, even if part of you would rather stay home
 
You don’t need a full social calendar. You don’t need to “bounce back.”
You just need one small step toward the light.
 
And here’s the quiet truth:
The version of you that’s been resting all winter? She’s still there. She doesn’t need to be rebuilt — just gently reintroduced to the world.
