✨ A Simple Full Moon Letting Go Ritual
You don’t need anything elaborate—just intention and a few quiet moments.
1. Create Your Space
Find a calm, quiet place where you won’t be interrupted. You may choose to light a candle, diffuse calming essential oils, or simply sit in stillness. Let this feel like a sacred pause.
2. Reflect & Write
Take a few moments to ask yourself:
  • What feels heavy right now?
  • What patterns or thoughts keep repeating?
  • What am I ready to release?
Write freely—without filtering or judging.
3. Acknowledge Without Resistance
Before letting anything go, take a moment to honor it.
Every pattern, emotion, or belief served a purpose at some point.
You’re not rejecting it—you’re simply recognizing that you’ve outgrown it.
4. Release
Safely burn the paper, tear it up, or simply fold it and set it aside.
As you do, take a deep breath and imagine the energy of what you’ve written leaving your body—softly, naturally, completely.
You might say to yourself:
I release what no longer serves me. I create space for something new.
5. Ground & Receive
Place a hand on your heart or your body.
Notice the space you’ve created.
Let yourself feel supported, steady, and open.

  4. What belief about myself is ready to be rewritten or softened?
  5. Where in my life am I being invited to let go of control and trust more deeply?
  6. What emotions have I been avoiding, and what might they be trying to show me?
  7. Who or what am I ready to energetically detach from with love and compassion?
  8. What would my life feel like if I fully released this weight or pattern? Describe it in detail.
  9. What am I making space for as I let go? What wants to come in?
  10. **Write a release statement beginning with:
    “I am now ready to release…”
    Let it flow without overthinking.
✨After journaling, ask yourself:
What is one small, supportive action I can take to honor this release?
