Hola First name / Tribe,

There is a way of leading that cannot be taught.
It does not come from strategy, identity, or effort.
It emerges through what you are willing to meet, feel, and embody.

This is the path of Shakti.
Not as an idea—but as a living force moving through your life, initiating you again and again into deeper truth.
Authentic leadership is not something we step into.
It is something we are refined into.
Through the initiations.

The first initiation is Desire.
This is the original yes—the pulse of aliveness that brought you here.
Not surface wanting, but a deeper current that draws you toward truth, toward experience, toward becoming.
In leadership, this is where it begins.
Not with what you think you should do—
but with what is genuinely alive in you.

Then comes Discernment.
The sacred no within the yes.
Here, illusion falls away.
You begin to see clearly where you have overextended, over-given, or shaped yourself around what was never truly aligned.
Discernment refines your engagement.
It gives structure to your openness.
It allows your leadership to become precise.

Then, inevitably, you meet Dark Eros.
This is where leadership becomes real.
Because here, you encounter what has been hidden—
your patterns, your strategies, your shadow, your unconscious ways of holding power.
Not to fix or judge—
but to reclaim.
Because whatever you do not own within yourself will shape how you lead from behind the scenes.
This is where power returns.

Then comes Death.
The dissolution of who you thought you were.
The identities, roles, and attachments that once held you—no longer do.
This is not loss.
It is return.
A return to what is essential.
A return to what is real.
And from here, leadership becomes less about holding it all together—
and more about standing in what cannot be taken away.

And finally—Devotion.
Not as effort.
Not as performance.
But as what remains when resistance falls away.
Devotion is desire, purified.
It is leadership that is no longer driven by proving, striving, or seeking—
but offered from fullness.
From truth.
From embodiment.

This is the arc of your naturally moving vitality.
Desire opens you.
Discernment refines you.
Dark Eros deepens you.
Death humbles you.
Devotion expresses you.
And through it all—your leadership emerges.
Not as something you construct,
but as something that becomes undeniable.
Because it is no longer separate from who you are.

This is the work we are doing.
Not learning how to lead—
but becoming the woman whose leadership is rooted in truth, shaped by experience, and embodied through every layer of her being.
And if you feel yourself in this cycle—
in the opening, the refining, the unraveling, or the becoming—
Trust it.
You are not off path.
You are being initiated.
