Hi friend,

At the end of last year, I felt like I was right on the edge.

That feeling of…something is about to click with momentum building in my business.

Let’s call it a turning point coming.

And now here we are - April.

And if I’m honest?

I’ve still had moments where I feel like I’m on that same edge. Not stuck or lost. But not fully moving as robust as I want either.

And I caught myself this past month digging deeper:

What and why am I holding back? What am I waiting for?

Because I know what I want. I have the clarity. I’ve done the work.

So what’s actually getting in the way?

Well friends I have been “hiding’ in the LinkedIn land.

Why? This was where it was safe for me to really find my voice and be loud because who cares what they think of me.

I don’t see them (99.9%) of them in my regular life.

Did it work? Yes but…I was holding back from launching in my own backyard which was limiting the success of my business.

Coaching is about trust and my clients hire me for my energy, drive, perspectives beyond the training and over 200+ hours of experience.

Honestly it’s that connection in person that you can only feel this truly.

So welcome to my 2026 Q2 - getting "seen and heard era"…yep you guessed it…in person! (find me at The Hivery if you’re in Marin!)

This led me to this month's theme “You’re Not Stuck. You’re Just Not Choosing”.

This months insight: You’re Not Stuck. You’re Just Not Choosing.
This is the part that can
sting a little.
But it’s also the part that gives you your power back.

Because what I see - in myself and so many of my clients is you're not confused or lacking clarity.

You’re at a point where something needs to change and you don’t fully trust yourself to make the move.

So your brain does what it’s designed to do - it protects.
“Let’s think about this a bit longer, get more information and definitely not mess this up.”

Especially when the stakes feel high - $, family, identity, time.

So instead of choosing…you stay in motion - researching, organizing, planning. But not actually moving.

And the longer you stay here, the more you reinforce:

“I don’t trust myself to decide.”

That’s the real stuck.
How to Take Your Power Back
(For Real)

This isn’t about blowing up your life.

It’s about shifting how you move through it.

Here’s what that actually can look like in practice:

1. Make a decision before you feel ready

Not the life decision. The next decision (start with small and build up).

→ Send the email
→ Reach out to the person
→ Say yes (or no) to something you’ve been circling

You don’t wait for certainty.

You create momentum.

2. Stop outsourcing your authority

Notice where you’re:
  • asking five people for input
  • over-researching
  • looking for the “right” answer
Instead, ask yourself:

What do I already know is true for me?

Then act from that.

To put it more bluntly - stop giving your power away.
3. Reduce the size of the decision

You don’t need to figure out your whole next chapter.

You need to decide:
- the next conversation
- the next step
- the next experiment

Big decisions keep you stuck.

Small ones move you.

4. Back yourself after you choose

This is the part most women skip.

You make a decision…and then immediately question it.

Instead:
→ Stay with it
→ Let it play out
→ Gather data, not drama

Self-trust isn’t built in the decision.

It’s built in what you do after.

5. Keep one promise to yourself
(no matter what)

Not ten.

One.

Something you said you’d do.

Follow through.

This is how you rebuild trust - with you.
Why This Matters

Because this isn’t just about one decision.

It’s about the relationship you have with yourself.

When you don’t act on what you know:

your confidence drops
your energy drains
your world gets smaller

You start adjusting your life around fear instead of truth.

But when you start choosing - even imperfectly:

→ you build evidence that you can trust yourself
→ your confidence comes back (through action,
not thinking)
→ your world expands again

And this is where everything shifts.

Not because your life suddenly becomes perfect.

But because you are back in the driver’s seat.
April Catalyst Prompt

This week, I want you to sit with this:

Where in your life do you already know what you want…but you’re not choosing it yet?

What’s the very next step?

And what would it look like to back yourself - just once this week?
Three Micro Moves for April
Micro steps → real momentum (remember: self-trust is built through action, not thought)

1. Make One Clean Decision Something small but meaningful. No overthinking. No polling five people. Just choose and back yourself.

2. Act Before You Feel Ready Pick one thing you’ve been circling. Send the email. Book the call. Start the conversation. Do it while the doubt is still there.

3. Keep One Promise to Yourself Something you said you’d do. Follow through. (This is how you rebuild trust with you.)
