Happy Easter, my friend!!

I'm writing this in advance because I'm taking some MUCH NEEDED time away! And I really don't know when the next issue is coming because I can't even think straight trying to wrap my brain around everything that's going on and coming up!

Next weekend is Mom's weekend with Baby Girl's sorority so I'm going to be hanging out with college kids! Trying to pack is challenging because I'm stuck between how to dress for a bunch of brunching upper class mothers and how to dress to relive my own glory days while simultaneously showing these youngsters how we used to get down (and wondering if I could still do a keg stand?? NO. The answer is no. Probably.)

This issue will be a little different because I'm just going to share with you all my favorite recipes for leftover ham because I KNOW most of you are cooking a ham today!

Well, that's a wrap! I hope you spend the day hunting Easter eggs, creating and enjoying a glorious meal and spending time with family and friends!

Since this is a day to celebrate Jesus, I will take time to think about a few of His teachings and remind myself to love my neighbors (even when it's hard), to help those who need it (even if I don't know their circumstances or understand their decisions), to show mercy (even when I don't want to) and to always, have faith!
