Have you ever wondered what it would be like to visit Miceli's and learn all about the making of our cheese? Well, we were able to give this special experience to 3 wonderful classes from Julie Billiart! The students made pizzas in our authentic pizza oven alongside a real chef, played games and snagged a photo opportunity with our mascot cow, and enjoyed a tray of cannoli dip with various dessert toppings featuring our ricotta and mascarpone. From a string cheese pulling contest to a virtual tour of our operation, we think everyone absorbed a wealth of cheesy knowledge!
