First and foremost, thank you for your continued support and trust in us. These past two years have been truly wonderful, and we look forward to many more ahead with you.
We’re excited to share that our second location, 206 Medical Circle, West Columbia SC 29169, will officially open on Monday April 27, 2026!
What to Expect
This new West Columbia office will serve as our primary location for provider visits, including:
- Follow-ups
- New Patient Appointments
- Wellness visits
- Sick visits
- Joint injections
Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This location will also be fully equipped for all services and supplement purchases. *Please note that PEMF will now be at our West Columbia location*
Forest Acres Location Update
As we transition, provider visits will no longer take place at our Forest Acres office.
Forest Acres will remain open for:
- Injections
- Sauna
- Ozone therapy
- IV therapy
- Supplements and merchandise
Updated Hours:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Closed: Tuesday & Thursday
This setup allows you greater access to services across town while only needing to travel to West Columbia for provider visits when necessary.
Additional Notes
- Telehealth visits will continue to be available.
- If you have appointments scheduled in May or later, they will now take place at our West Columbia location. Our team will be reaching out to you directly, but we also encourage you to check your upcoming appointments in your Charm patient portal.
- Our messaging and phone systems will remain unchanged.
- As we continue to grow our team, hours may expand to better serve you.
