To start the booking process, you will have to do two steps:

 

There is a non-refundable £15 deposit which confirms your place and will be credited toward your first appointment. This confirms your commitment and ensures that available appointments go to those who are ready.

 

After prepayment, our scheduler will automatically send you an email with instructions. After you have followed the instructions, your place will be secure.

 

 

This process is designed to make things easier for you; no need to keep checking for openings. Once a spot becomes available, our team will personally notify you with a private booking link.

 

Important Timing Note:
Your invitation may arrive within a few days or take up to 4 weeks. Please make sure you check your spam if you have not received it around this time. Thank you for your patience.

 

 

 

 

 

Who Can Join?
We will send invitations to individuals who have followed the steps above.  To join, you must have paid the deposit and followed the instructions on the confirmation email.

 

Booking Validity
To ensure fairness and transparency, the name and email you use must match those on your invitation and original sign-up. If you’ve changed your email address, let us know beforehand so we can update your records.

Booking for Family Members?
Each family member needs their own spot on the list and will receive a separate invitation when it’s their turn. A unique email address is required for each individual.

 

One Invitation = One Booking
Each booking link is for a single person only. Please do not use the same link for multiple appointments.

 

First Appointment: £290
Rejoining the Clinic: £220
Follow-Up Appointments: £155

Follow-ups are typically scheduled every 8 weeks, later moving to 10–12 week intervals as your case progresses.

 

Note: The non-refundable joining fee you’ll pay will be deducted from the first appointment fee via a coupon. This confirms your commitment and ensures that available appointments go to those who are ready.

 

Once you have completed Step 1 and 2, a member of the team will send you a booking link for a consultation. We work through the list chronologically, so be quick to join!
