Walnut Creek is gaining spring momentum, with buyer activity picking up and homes continuing to sell quickly, especially in desirable neighborhoods. Inventory has increased slightly, offering more options, though well-priced homes are still seeing strong demand.
Prices are stabilizing, and both buyers and sellers are becoming more strategic, creating a more balanced yet still competitive market.

Bone Appetite - DIY Treats
Hoppy Carrot & Peanut Butter Bites
Packed with protein, vitamins, and omega-3s to keep your pup happy and healthy.
Protein Packed | Yummy | Pup Approved
Ingredients
 
• 1 cup natural peanut butter (make sure it’s xylitol-free)
• 1 1/2 cups oats (rolled oats or quick oats)
• 1/2 cup finely grated carrots
• 2 tablespoons honey 
• 2 tablespoons water 
 
Optional: roll in shredded coconut for a finished look.
 Instructions
 
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined.
  1. Roll into small egg shapes using your hands.
  2. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes, until firm.
  3. Serve & store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
Check with your vet, serve in moderation and always supervise snack time.
