“I pity the fool” said Mr T a lot in the 80s on the A Team.
Huddle in, this week for our side quest “April Fool” we’re balancing our inner  Mr T “I pity the fool” with a bit more A Team bursting out of a shed in their van  “Fool around and find out.”

Being fool enough to fool around and find out asks us to be ok with not being instantly good at everything, with people looking on and thinking we look ridiculous or cringe, with taking a risk and falling flat on our face.

And understandably it’s usually something we run from, avoid, dodge. But here’s the invite - what if you stop running, avoiding, dodging, and do a bit more fool around and find out. What then?

Spoiler alert - fool around and find out is the golden thread in my Deal | Heal | Manifest framework because it’s key to making the things we really want to actually happen, happen ❤️.

If you fancy a little help to do a bit more fool around and find out here’s something that helps me (as an autistic who doesn’t like change, stubborn fixed Taurean! 🤣).

✨The word “so” ✨

Sprinkle it with abandon before the phrase  what if…and see what changes ⬇️

So what if…

✨So what if….it goes pear shaped
✨So what if…. I look silly
✨So what if….. I don’t get it
✨So what if…..  people think this and that..,

So what if….

And if you’re perimenopausal and / or neurodivergent asking, ‘so what if'… and being ok with that might just unlock the next plot twist.

A bit less pity the fool a bit more fool around and find out.
With grace, power and big big love,
Sarah xx
