The freeze that can keep us planning in our chair and stopping us fooling around and finding out is often tied up with the fear of looking stupid or getting it wrong. And for lots of us we’ve spent lifetimes masking and camouflaging to avoid that.
Here’s the thing I’ve learned - in the best possible way most people don’t care, they aren’t watching you as closely as you think and they’re way too busy worrying about what they look like to keep their focus on you.
