There are quite a few new people here lately, many from my coffee gatherings and journaling events, so I thought I’d share a little more about the kind of conversations I spend most of my time having.

A lot of people come to me when they need a clear perspective on their business, their work, or a decision they’ve been thinking about for a while. Usually, nothing is falling apart. Things are moving, projects are happening, and life is full. But at some point people realize they’ve been carrying a question around longer than they expected.

Nothing dramatic. Just a quiet sense that something needs to shift.

Sometimes it sounds like, “I’ve been thinking about this for weeks, and I still can’t tell what the right move is.” Other times, it’s someone looking at a few different directions and realizing they all seem reasonable, but none of them feels clearly right.

That’s usually where the conversation begins. Most of the time, we talk through what’s actually going on until it becomes obvious what deserves attention next.

That’s the work inside Reset & Recenter.

It's a focused week for moments when you’ve been thinking about a decision in your work or business and want a clear perspective on what actually makes sense next. We start with a 90-minute strategy conversation, and then you have a week of follow-up support while those decisions start to become real.

If you’ve been sitting with the same question for a while and still can’t tell what the right move is, that’s usually the moment Reset & Recenter is designed for.

You can book a discovery call here: Reset & Recenter

If you’re not sure whether Reset & Recenter is the right fit, the discovery call is simply a conversation.

I also released the fifth episode of my podcast, Notes From The Threshold, last week, which touches on a similar idea.

It’s about a simple moment: sitting around a table with people I mostly didn’t know, where the conversation wandered without turning into networking or performance. Just curiosity about what people were thinking and figuring out in real time.

A reminder that many of the ideas that shape our lives don’t begin in polished presentations. They begin in rooms where people feel comfortable saying, “I’m still thinking about that.”

Either way, I’m really glad you’re here.
