Hi Dance Families!
This year, we will be doing dance recital photos at the studio on Friday May 15th and Saturday May 16th. (Schedule to come.)
If your child is not taking individual photos, they are expected to come dressed, looking stage ready, for the group photo.
All dancers taking individual/buddy photos must be registered prior to photo day.
You will be given a time slot for your dancer's class. We ask that all kids are ready for their scheduled times to keep everything moving smoothly.
If your child will be taking individual or sibling photos, please register by submitting the attached registration form no later than SUNDAY MAY 3th.
IF YOUR DANCER WILL ONLY BE TAKING THE GROUP PHOTOS, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER.
WE WILL NOT BE TAKING INDIVIDUAL OR SIBLING/BUDDY PHOTOS OF KIDS THAT ARE NOT REGISTERED.
ALL KIDS ARE ASKED TO BE DRESSED AND POSE FOR THE GROUP PHOTOS WITH NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND DO NOT REGISTER YOUR DANCER FOR INDIVIDUAL OR SIBLING PHOTOS IF YOU WILL NOT BE PURCHASING THE PHOTOS. WE DO NOT WANT TO TAKE TIME TO TAKE AND RETOUCH PHOTOS YOU HAVE NO PLAN ON PURCHASING. THIS ADDS SO MUCH TIME ONTO THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
ALL INDIVIDUAL/SIBLING PHOTOS TAKEN, MUST BE PURCHASED WITHIN 2 WEEKS FROM THE GALLERY LINK BEING SENT.
HOW IT WORKS:
Simply click the registration button below, answer the questions and show up at the time you are given prior to photo day!
All print orders will be placed 2-4 weeks after. You will be sent an online proofing gallery to place your order.
These images are heavily watermarked as STUDIO COPY and are for proofing only. Please do not screenshot these photos. Along with various print options, digital files may be purchased for personal use. Digital files of groups will not be available for purchase.
IMPORTANT:
There are no registration fees, but we please ask that you DO NOT INSTRUCT OR ALLOW your child to pose for photos you will not be purchasing.
Make sure they know what costumes they are having their photos taken in, as parents are not allowed in the photo area. These will be the classes you registering them for.
Please fill out the registration form EXACTLY as instructed, this is vital to keeping on schedule.
If you know you don't want a photo of them in their jazz costume, PLEASE DO NOT have them pose for a photo in that costume. This just wastes everyone's time and effort. It's a LONG 2 days of work taking photos and weeks worth of work after.
