This month we are asking you to take a moment and connect to your story of hope.
Take a quiet breath. Then take another.
Then sigh once or twice and aim to sit still for a moment.
Breathe again.
Picture a bouquet of flowers.
Maybe it was once placed gently into your hands… stems cool against your palm, petals opening in soft layers of color. Maybe it was wrapped in plastic or paper or a beautiful vase.
Notice the details—the shades, the shape, the way the light touched each bloom. Bring the scent closer. Breathe it in slowly. Let it settle.
Remember what that moment held.
Not just the flowers—but what they carried.
A pause. A kindness. A feeling of being seen.
If you’ve never received flowers, picture a moment instead—wildflowers growing along a path, something you once gathered for someone else, or blooms that caught your attention when you needed beauty most. Stay there for a moment. Let yourself notice them fully and wonder, “what am I hopeful for?”
This is the beginning of your story of hope, and we are here to walk alongside you.
