All ages can start registering for our Summer Reading 2026: Unearth a Story Challenge NOW in the Beanstack App. Download the app, type in “City of Casa Grande Public Library” and follow the login instructions. Bookbags (one per family, while supplies last) can start to be picked up the week of May 26th and the Kick-off at the Pool (Palm Island Family Aquatics Park) will be held on June 1st from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. |

TODAY! Babytime is a cozy, interactive program for our littlest learners (ages 0-2) and their caregivers. Join Ms. Terry for simple stories, songs, and rhymes that support early literacy and bonding in a fun, gentle setting. Located at the Casa Grande Main Library, 449 N. Drylake St. Scheduled for Monday, April 27th from 9:15-9:45 a.m. If older siblings need to attend, we invite them to bring their favorite stuffed animal so they can join in the fun too. |

Tea Party Storytime and Craft! Join us for this special event Tuesday, April 28th from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Casa Grande Main Library, 449 N. Drylake St. We will be reading some stories about tea parties, sharing some iced tea and treats, and making a cute craft! |

Join us for a PUZZLE SWAP AT THE LIBRARY! Bring a Puzzle – Take a Puzzle! May 2nd, 2026 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Vista Grande Library, 1556 N. Arizola Rd., Casa Grande, AZ 85122 How It Works: Bring jigsaw puzzles you no longer use Receive 1 token per puzzle (maximum 5 puzzles) Trade 1 puzzle for 1 puzzle of similar size Puzzle Requirements: Excellent or gently used condition Complete puzzles only (no missing pieces) Minimum 300 pieces Original box and poster preferred when available Important Note: Swaps must be for a comparable size puzzle (Example: 300-piece for 300 or 500-piece) Tokens are returned when you check out Puzzle donations are welcome! This interactive, one hour class, helps teens build practical money skills they’ll actually use. Students will learn how to plan and pay for college, including an overview of FAFSA and financial aid basics. We’ll break down budgeting in a clear, realistic way. All month long at your library-Despicable May! Join us as watch one of favorite series each week with the little yellow guys, the “meanest” villian, and three adorable girls. Tweens and Teens, join The Pokémon Card Club starting April 2nd from 3:45-4:45 p.m. at the Vista Grande Library, 1556 N. Arizola Rd. The club is a fun and welcoming space where participants can learn, play, and share their passion for the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). Members will build decks, learn game strategies, trade cards, and participate in friendly matches with other players. |

Doing a little spring cleaning? The Friends of the Casa Grande Public Library are looking for donations! You can drop off your smaller donations to either library, The Main Library at 449 N. Drylake Street or The Vista Grande Library at 1556 N. Arizola Rd anytime during regular business hours. For larger donations please call ahead, 520-421-8710, to make arrangements. |

Volunteers needed! The Central Lutheran Church Adult Community Education (ACE) Team offers general education tutoring and English as a second language (ESL) coaching. Volunteers work one-on-one or with small groups once or twice a week to help participants achieve personal development goals.
