Coventry BID and NatWest hosted a highly successful Spring Clean last week, bringing together volunteer groups and local businesses from across the city. A total of 37 people took part in the initiative.
After meeting at NatWest, volunteers spread out across Broadgate and the surrounding areas, collecting an impressive 38 bags of litter. The event was both productive and enjoyable, receiving many positive comments from participants and members of the public alike.
The Spring Clean provided a fantastic opportunity for people in Coventry to come together and demonstrate their pride and care for the city where they live and work.
We would like to extend a special thank you to the Street Pride team for supplying the equipment and for their continued hard work in keeping Coventry’s streets clean.
Businesses and organisations that took part included: NatWest, Chat Central, Nationwide, Street Pastors, Lower Precinct, Voluntary Action, Jubilee Litter Hub, The Wombles, Telegraph Hotel, and PLMR.
Come and join us on the Summer Clean Up, date to be confirmed.
