A soul-soothing weekend retreat designed to reconnect you with yourself and the natural world. This intimate retreat with only 10 guests, is nestled in the serene surroundings of Saddle Back Mountain (less than 2 hours from Sydney).
 
The immersive experience blends Pilates, yoga, mindfulness & relaxation on a luxurious property that has ocean, mountain and farm views. You will be treated to nourishing food from our site chef who will be catering for everyone's dietary requirements. 
 
Do as much or as little as you want - this time is for you to truly unwind in a space where you can slow down, be held, and be looked after from the moment you arrive!

What is included?
  • Luxurious bedrooms (shared) that are sunlit and spacious
  • Nourishing wholefoods prepared by our own private chef
  • Movement classes: pilates, slow flow yoga, stretch + mobility, restorative yoga

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All retreat bookings are final and non-refundable.
 
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant. Please notify us in writing if you choose to do so.
 
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat date.
