Strengthening our city centre support

As part of our commitment to supporting a safe, vibrant and thriving city centre, we have been busy strengthening the team through on-going development and training - with more
than 30 professional qualifications, and counting.

This has included specialist safety training, administration, leadership, health and safety
skills, and supporting staff through apprenticeship training schemes.

 

Members of the team regularly undertake specialist training and industry qualifications
covering areas such as BID leadership and management, counter-terrorism awareness,
safeguarding, spiking awareness, and modern-day slavery training. And we're set to
complete naxolone training in the coming weeks.

This ensures that our staff have the confidence and expertise to support you as best we can, as well as responding effectively to any challenges in the city centre.
