Spring 2026 Market Outlook

rennie just released their Spring 2026 Landscape report, and it's a great read for anyone trying to make sense of where the BC market is heading. They break down everything from the labour market and interest rates to tariffs and what it all means for housing.

A few highlights: unemployment is finally easing, the Bank of Canada has rates back down to 2.25%, and most Canadian exports remain tariff-free under CUSMA. Cautious optimism is the theme.
