#2 Next Chapter Catalyst Newsletter
“Life Shifts leaving you to ask…What About Me?"

Hi Friend,

Last week, we talked about that moment…

When your life starts to shift -
your kids, your role, your body - all of it moving…

And you’re left quietly asking:

What about me?

I want to stay here for a minute.

Because this part matters more than most women realize.

Also, a quick note from me.

I know you’re pressed for time. Life is full.

So I’m shifting how I send these.

Instead of one longer newsletter, you’ll now get two shorter ones each month:

→ the first email is the awareness + the real steps (like “how to take your power back”)
→ the second (this one) is where we slow it down a beat - why this actually matters, and how to start applying it in real life.

Shorter. More focused. Something you can actually use.

So instead of giving you more to think about…
I want to slow this down and look at why this actually matters.

Because this is the part most women skip.

Why This Matters

Because this isn’t just about what’s changing around you.
It’s about what happens when your role and life starts to shift and you don’t quite know who you are inside it yet.

So you default.
To who you’ve always been.

The one who holds it all together.
The one who goes last.
The one who makes it work for everyone else.

And it works…until it doesn’t.

Because over time:
→ you feel stretched
→ you feel disconnected
→ you lose touch with what you actually want

And that gap - between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming - that’s where things start to feel heavy.

But when you start paying attention to what’s changing in you:
→ you reconnect with yourself
→ you start trusting what you feel again
→ you begin shaping a life that actually fits

Not who you’ve been.
Who you are now.
May Catalyst Prompt

This week, I want you to sit with this:

Where in your life do you know something needs to change, but you’re not choosing it yet?

And what would it look like to take a baby step towards this change this week?

Three Micro Moves for May
Micro steps → real momentum
(clarity comes from motion, not thinking)

1. Name What Feels Outgrown
One area of your life.
Be honest.

2. Decide One Small Move
A conversation. A boundary. A step.

3. Follow Through
No overthinking. Just
do it. It's proof to build self-trust.
