Summer Camp, Swim Lessons, & Soccer Now Registering
Get ready for another exciting summer with the City of Casa Grande! Registration is now open for a wide variety of programs, including Special Interest Classes (SIC), Summer Camps, Swim Lessons, Youth Sports, and more.
To better serve our community and create more opportunities for participation, we’ve updated our registration timelines:
Registration Timeline
General Programs (SIC, Camps, Swim Lessons): Open on the 1st of the month prior to the program start date at 7:00 AM
Youth Sports Leagues: Open approximately two months prior to registration close at 7:00 AM
Aqua Aerobics: Aqua Aerobics registration will now open one week prior to the first class, with the first session beginning June 2. We will also be offering classes through August this year!
We're unveiling the brand-new mural at the Palm Island Family Aquatic Center on May 16th at 10 a.m.
Stick around after the big reveal and enjoy pool time until 1 p.m.! This colorful creation was made possible through our partnership with the Casa Grande Arts and Culture Commission.

Register for the 2026 summer reading program
All ages can start registering for our Summer Reading 2026: Unearth a Story Challenge NOW in the Beanstack App. Download the app, type in “City of Casa Grande Public Library” and follow the login instructions.

Bookbags (one per family, while supplies last) can start to be picked up the week of May 26th and the Kick-off at the Pool (Palm Island Family Aquatics Park) will be held on June 1st from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

2026 Catfish Rodeo
Join us for the Annual Catfish Rodeo.
One of Casa Grande's longest-running and most popular outdoor events is back! Get ready to cast a line at Dave White Pond during this exciting youth fishing competition open to ages 15 and under.
No registration required. No fishing license needed. Just bring your own pole and tackle and get ready for a great time!

Biggest Catch by Weight (ages 0–5, 6–8, 9–10, 11–12, 13–15)
Longest Fish (ages 0–5, 6–8, 9–10, 11–12, 13–15)
