Admin reviews the file…

We do not release commission until the file is complete.
Not “mostly complete.”
Not “I’ll get it later.”
Not “it already closed.”

This isn’t a Carolina Elite rule…
This is a South Carolina Real Estate Commission / LLR compliance requirement.
If we pay out commission without a complete file:
  • We have no leverage to get documents back
  • We risk audit issues
  • We risk fines and penalties
And that falls on the brokerage.

🛠️ WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED
  • Documents uploaded as you go, not after closing
  • Required forms reviewed before settlement
  • Admin checklist completed before asking for payment
Simple rule:
👉 If you want to get paid fast… your file needs to be clean.

  • Admin has to chase agents down
  • Closings get delayed on the back end
