How to find your customer ID |
|
If you don't have your ID handy, you can find it within your Labnext dashboard by following these simple steps: |
|
- Open Settings: Navigate to the Settings menu at the top of your screen.
- Select Lab Details: Click on Lab Details from the left-hand sidebar.
- Locate Your ID: Your HS1 Customer ID will be displayed prominently under the General tab.

When you dial (800) 565-0923, Claire will ask you for three quick pieces of information to start your session: |
|
- Your Name
- Your Customer ID
- The reason for your call
|
|
