These are immersive mornings for women, 
experiential space where we work directly with the nervous system, the breath, and the parts of you that are asking for attention 
and ready to shift.

We work with the body’s intelligence,
through breath and parts-led inquiry,
letting things clear and move
so that you can actually take steps forward.
 
                We’ll sit in inquiry:                  
What do I actually want?
What feels in the way?
Where do I feel that in my body?
 
By the end of the morning, there will be a transformation, an opening of space… like fresh air moving through an open room.
 
More clarity.
More access to your intuition.
More precision.
A felt sense of what you’re moving toward.

Without nervous system support, that openness can feel like too much.

So we slow the body way down. 

We create the conditions for real safety in the body.
where all parts of you can be seen
without needing to fix, perform, or push anything away.
 
This is where real compassion lives.
Not as an idea, but as a lived experience in the body. 

As Pema Chödrön teaches, healing begins when we can meet all parts of ourselves with compassion.

Each morning includes restorative yin, somatic movement, breathwork, parts-led inquiry, and sound
along with a nourishing, seasonal lunch prepared by a local chef using fresh, organic, farmers market ingredients, tea, and time to be together.
