He came to Smileboston 17 years ago through Dr. Spitz's cousin, bringing with him a background in high-end retail and a customer service philosophy built on the belief that people deserve more than a transaction. That belief found a natural home here. Over the years, he has become the constant, the person patients return to, lean on, and trust without question.Â

His title is Director of Patient Care, but what he really holds is something harder to define: the feeling patients carry with them that they were seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because Andrew shows up that way, every single day, for the people who walk through our door.Â

When he's not at the office, you'll likely find him at the Cape with his husband Andrew and his two nieces, who are the center of his world. He's also a devoted sushi fan, so next time you're in, ask him about his favorite roll. With Andrew, every conversation is a chance to connect, and that is exactly why patients love him.Â
