If you've been wanting a grain mill like my primary mill--the Mockmill Lino 200--OR an Impact or Classic grain mill, today's the day!

The Mockmill Lino 200
The Mockmills--all options--have only been available on preorder status, and shipping a month or two out, for a long time now.

But, with limited supply (I hope it's still available when you see this, if that's the mill you've been wanting!), they have opened immediate sales for the Mockmill Lino 200.

Nutrimill Classic & Impact Mills
You might have noticed that right after I told you that both the Impact and Classic were available, the Classic went back OUT of stock… I know… it's can be frustrating, to say the least.

But I recently got word from my friend at Nutrimill that they've restocked the Impact Mill AND the Classic Mill and this time they think the supply will hold out for a little while... Let's hope… at least that they hold out until everyone who opens this note from me who has been longing for one or the other is able to snag one.

I own both of these mills from Nutrimill. They both do a great job.

They make the most super-fine flour, with no learning curve or finagling with turning stones tighter and looser. The only real difference in these two is how much grain you can fill the hopper with and walk away. The Classic will make a lot more flour, effortlessly, for you.

The Classic also is larger, especially since the Impact partially stacks together to store it when you're not using it.

But the Impact is the lowest priced mill on the market. I don't know how they make such a great mill for such a low price, honestly.

They're both great choices.

Maybe you're waiting for the Harvest?
If you've chosen the Harvest for it's bamboo exterior, or the new dark walnut option, you might want to hold out until they're back in stock. (Sorry, no word when they'll be back in stock.) On the other hand, if you're just looking for the best mill on the market and if you want to mill on demand (right into your bowl, not making a batch of flour ahead of time to last you all week) you will love owning a Mockmill.

Bonus: it's really pretty too.

I'm hoping the Lino 200 is still in stock when you read this, but if not, you can preorder and have one within a few months, maybe sooner.

Think the Mockmill Lino 200 might be the best option for you? It has a pretty exterior that can sit on your counter, ready to mill at any time, and it does a great job milling a large variety of grains and legumes (with a super easy to adjust dial under the bowl). Go see if it's still available (fingers crossed)→
