Hello First name / Friend
I'm Jenifer Naddy. A Florida Gator-girl living in Savannah, GA with my husband of 26 years and three boys - two college graduates and one away at college. I'm on sabbatical as a nurse practitioner while I take Functional Nursing courses, I work as a Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach, and also volunteer with ESP Inc. (Extra Special People, non profit).
I'm a girl who wants to wear FLIP-FLOPS every day of the year. I love the Lord and you can hear me saying, "ALEXA, PLAY FORREST FRANK" most days. I watch The Big Bang Theory for the laughs. I read a few books at one time and commonly read half a book and then pick it up 6 months later to finish it. My husband and adult sons go to the gym with me and pay attention to eat enough protein and vegetables because, just recently, all the work I have put into them as children is starting to pay off!!!
Some other things I can't get enough of:
-Watching Banana Ball
-Infrared sauna workout at Hotworx
-Chick-fil-a lemonade mixed with mineral water
-Stephen King books read on Audible
