Real Life Health by eity20 |

I wanted to start sharing a monthly update from eity20 to give a clearer picture of what I’ve been building, what I’ve been seeing in practice, and some of the ideas shaping the work moving forward. Over the past few months, eity20 has continued to evolve into something much bigger than a traditional health or wellbeing programme. At its core, eity20 is built around a simple idea: Health is not shaped by one behaviour in isolation. - Sleep affects mood.
- Stress affects digestion.
- Environment affects habits.
- Workload affects recovery.
- Relationships affect resilience.
Everything interacts. Many of the people I see are not lacking knowledge or motivation. They are trying to function within systems that are overloaded, dysregulated, inconsistent, or difficult to sustain in real life. That’s why eity20 focuses on sustainable regulation rather than perfection or extreme optimisation. The work combines: - Physical health
- Mental health
- Gut health
- Behavioural science
- Nervous system regulation, and
- Practical real-life routines
into one connected framework. |
|
Over recent months, I’ve been working with individuals experiencing: - Stress and burnout
- Poor sleep and recovery
- Emotional overwhelm
- Menopause-related changes
- Gut and digestive issues
- Weight and metabolic health challenges
- Inconsistent routines and loss of structure, and
- High-functioning professionals struggling to sustain their own wellbeing.
A common theme across all of these has been this: People often do not need more pressure. They need better support, better systems, and more realistic ways of approaching change. This is where the eity20 philosophy of 80% consistency + 20% flexibility = 100% real life continues to sit at the centre of the work. The aim is not perfection. The aim is building habits and routines that are sustainable enough to hold up during real life. |

Alongside clinic work, I’ve also been continuing to develop: - The eity20 online programme
- Small-group eity20 programmes
- Smartie, the eity20 support tool
- Executive health and sustainability programmes
- Menopause support pathways
- GLP-1 support programmes, and
- Further educational content around behaviour change and mind–body–gut health.
Over recent months, eity20 has also become a registered trademark, which feels like an important milestone in the ongoing development of the work. It was also great to recently be part of the Flex Health Hub launch at Signal Yard, bringing together a range of practitioners focused on integrated health and wellbeing support. I’m also continuing research conversations around the The eity20 Method with colleagues in Oxford, alongside collaborative work through Flex Health Hub, where eity20 operates as part of a wider multidisciplinary health and wellbeing environment. Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing more practical tools, insights and reflections around sustainable health, behaviour change and the realities of trying to look after ourselves within modern life. |

eity20 is designed to support sustainable physical, mental and gut health through realistic behaviour change, nervous system regulation, and practical routines that work within the demands of real life.
The aim is helping people build healthier, more sustainable systems that support long-term wellbeing, resilience and everyday functioning. Thank you to everyone who has supported the journey so far. Kerry Dr Kerry Swanton, FRSPH PFPH Founder & Director, eity20 |
