Bookbags (one per family, while supplies last) can start to be picked up the week of May 26th and the Kick-off at the Pool (Palm Island Family Aquatics Park) will be held on June 1st from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Learn about the core apps of your iPad/iPhone device in our Intermediate iPad/iPhone class held on May 28th from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the Casa Grande Main Library, 449 N. Drylake St. Tell your friends and family who are not on Facebook!

All month long at your library-Despicable May! Join us as watch one of favorite series each week with the little yellow guys, the “meanest” villian, and three adorable girls. Tweens and Teens, join The Pokémon Card Club starting April 2nd from 3:45-4:45 p.m. at the Vista Grande Library, 1556 N. Arizola Rd. The club is a fun and welcoming space where participants can learn, play, and share their passion for the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). Members will build decks, learn game strategies, trade cards, and participate in friendly matches with other players.

Adult Book Clubs at Your Libraries

Join the Literati, the monthly book club at the Vista Grande Library! The Literati meets once a month, starting on Mondays from 11:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m. Join in on our lively conversations! Ages 18+ Monday, June 1st we will be discussing the book: Only Woman in the Room by Marie Benedict.

In July 2026, the City is launching a NEW Utility Billing System for trash and wastewater services. This upgrade will improve your billing experience. Action will be required to continue uninterrupted service.

Did you know both library locations have study rooms that you can reserve? Study Rooms can be reserved for up to two hours per day. You can reserve online, by phone, or in person.

Doing a little spring cleaning? The Friends of the Casa Grande Public Library are looking for donations! You can drop off your smaller donations to either library,
The Main Library at 449 N. Drylake Street or
The Vista Grande Library at 1556 N. Arizola Rd anytime during regular business hours. For larger donations please call ahead, 520-421-8710, to make arrangements.

Volunteers needed! The Central Lutheran Church Adult Community Education (ACE) Team offers general education tutoring and English as a second language (ESL) coaching. Volunteers work one-on-one or with small groups once or twice a week to help participants achieve personal development goals. If you would like to serve on the ACE Team, complete the VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM available here:
