So sorry, we missed a week! We are back now and have found ourselves in Winter, how did that happen? Actually we love ALL the seasons, and you know what they say…that summer body starts now, so Daz is on a mission to reduce his carb intake buy at least 20% 😂.

As part of this years jam packed Tastes of Greater Geelong Food Festival program we are humbled to be able to present a Nourish workshop at Farm My School. 

 

Farm My School is a groundbreaking model of food education that transforms underutilised land within schools into regenerative market gardens that feed, educate and connect communities. We will be hosting a Nourish Workshop giving inspo to attendees on how best to utilise the produce available at this time of year.
