Between graduations, baseball games, end-of-school programs, field days, awards ceremonies, and trying to figure out what’s for dinner every night… May can feel like absolute chaos. Before we all officially launch into summer, I wanted to pause for a moment and simply say: Happy Memorial Day! While many of us spend the weekend traveling, gathering with family, grilling out, or heading to the lake, Memorial Day is ultimately a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country. Because of their sacrifice, we have the freedom to make memories with the people we love — whether that’s on a beach, at a theme park, sailing the ocean, or simply gathered around a table together. I’m incredibly thankful for those who served and for the families who carry that sacrifice every day. |
